What is the procedure to place an order?
Once you have selected your desired product, simply proceed to checkout. After placing the order, please contact our support team by clicking the Chat Icon at the bottom right of the website.
Our support representative will assist you with any questions and share the payment details. After payment confirmation, your order enters the preparation process, which usually takes 5–7 working days.
Once completed, quality control (QC) is carried out within 2–3 working days. QC images and videos are shared with you for approval.
After your confirmation, the order is shipped via FedEx, and delivery generally takes 5–7 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer multiple secure payment options, including:
- Wise
- Zelle
- Western Union
- Bank Transfer
We also accept PayPal. However, due to higher processing fees, PayPal payments are subject to an additional 10% charge on the total order amount.

I can’t find the product I’m looking for. What should I do?
If you are unable to find your desired watch, bag, or jewellery item on our website, please contact us via Live Chat or Email.
Due to the wide variety of models and designs, it is not possible to list every item online. We maintain an extensive inventory that is shared personally via chat. Simply tell us what you’re looking for, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the order has been processed by our warehouse or has entered the preparation stage, we will unfortunately be unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Is there a warranty?
Celvoré offers a limited 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects from the original purchase date.
If a mechanical or functional issue occurs due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the product at no cost. The customer is required to ship the item to our location (one-way shipping cost is borne by the customer).
This warranty does not cover:
- Water damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Batteries
- Accidental glass damage
- Scratches
- Strap damage
- Theft
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Will I have to pay international taxes or duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on the destination country. These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.
Celvoré is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your shipment. Any such fees must be paid by the customer.
Please note that in rare cases, customs clearance may cause delays in delivery.
